I’m a Brit with an MA from Oxford University and entrepreneurial by nature. I began renovating and building in 1969 in Sydney, Australia. After many construction projects on three continents, I wrote and published a book and invented products for my start-up Seattle manufacturing company, Bucky, Inc. Since handing over management of Bucky, I’ve focused on creating beautiful well designed homes, a lifelong passion.

I grew up in a beautiful well designed home built by my father, so I know the value of a truly great nest. I have a BA from the New School University in New York. I’ve worked with architects and designers in New York and San Francisco and now, with Nest Design Build. I’m passionate about planning and constructing projects thoughtfully and efficiently, ensuring we get every detail right.
